MONEY REFUND 

Your complete satisfaction is our goal; however, we have a no refund policy on services completed at our studio. We take pride and stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with your services, we offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the completed service with the same service provider.

 

PRODUCT SALES/RETURN

All opened skin care, makeup, hair tools, hair brushes/combs and hair accessories are final sale. All other merchandise may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase date with receipt. 

CANCELLATIONS

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.

 

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

- If you must cancel your appointment, clients are asked to cancel within 4 hours of your appointment time or it will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

LATE

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we have the right to give up your appointment or shorten  the services with the amount of time lost. We will accommodate you as best as we can.
